Help! I’m beginner, but I don’t know where to start practicing?

I want answers to some questions about the features...

1) How can I know if a game/app allows me to modify only the resources and remove ads, or if I can modify everything like resources, skins, player speed, etc.? or does it completely depend on searching for the functions and getting lucky?


2) How can I turn a paid app/game into a free one or unlocked game/app? I haven’t found any tutorial—are there any videos or educational guides for this? And are VIP features possible in some games, or are they impossible?
