how do you install the ipa after you jailbreak your phone tried to get it to install using filza just says failed to install do i need to unistall contest of champions 25.0.0 first the one i installed with cydia impactor.

No,solution is
1.Waiting for update of Cydia Impactor by Saurik.
2.Find the Developer Account to pass the certification system(Apple ID) which is expensive.
3.Android rooted phone.
