My guess is they get butthurt if you stop using the mod so they get even with you and set a trap for users when that happens. But the mods also look like DanYal's mods, in which case if it is, then that is the reason for it completely.

I don’t want to poke the lion but is there an ETA for this mod to be working as described? To my knowledge gold, money, keys, buying cars for 1 gold or a dollar works but no gold or purple stars... and we can’t customize any car.
