Then if somebody makes a private server, they can modify this?.. Is it possible to make a private server for this game. I've played a modded clash of clans before and it uses a private server can't they make their own private server too? Or do they require something inorder to make a server I'm sorry but I have no knowledge about servers or something...

there's already a private server made for this game in this site. just look it up, it was posted just recently.

You can not mod a server sided game. Look in private servers here in platinmods and you will see a LSS private server you can play on.
