For some crazy reason after YEARS of using LDPlayer (current version), my Malwarebytes started coughing up furballs about Chinese AdWare. Ok, not malware I thought so I would add exclusions to just ignore but Malwarebytes will NOT let me run LDPlayer at ALL or even reinstall. I was left with no alternative but to completely uninstall everything and download BlueStacks. Anybody ever seen or heard of anything happening like this??? Thanks!

Okay 3 things:
1: LDPlayer, Nox, Memu are all very shady. Nox is the worst of the bunch. Bluestacks 5 is the least shady of the emulators I've used till now. (Yes it has the new.gg thing but nonetheless, it's nowhere near as bad as them)
2: Throw away your 3rd party anti-virus. It's useless. Just use Windows Defender and activate the memory integrity and Hardware Enforced Kernel protection thing and you're good to go.
3: If you want to stop the emulators' trackers and other background garbage they're doing, use Adguard or a proper DNS filter. Heck, you can even go as far as completely preventing their ad modules from phoning home by using Adguard or somoe other traffic logger and blocking those domains.
