Works this time. As everyone should, don't bind an account when you first use this. Delete data+cache when you do get banned to restart. Gem limit is unknown. I speed rushed the gem to find out and looks to be 3-4k insta ban within 3 min. However also played around semi-carefully for 30min staying at 900 gem w/ 40k gold and still got banned. Bans also are activated after you close game and re-enter. It doesn't do bans while playing. They probably look at your overall rate of increase and do very late server check/verification (or maybe they look through sus accounts manually, but that would be insane since the game description says it's a solo dev).

Would be better if there was on/off switch for this mod so we can keep gems under the starting 100 and gold probably under 20k, but as for now it looks to be high ban rate. At most, a switch will verify if they are looking for abnormally high values or they actually keep track of how much you gain/lose through server check. Could also possibly be a anti GPS spoof thing like pokemon go and they ban location fakers since I'm also doing that.

Did more testing over time (prob 14 hrs later from last post), and still got banned with 300 gem, 20k gold, but also 100/40MP since this mod also makes spending MP increase. I think it does do server check either after closing the game, during launch, or during a set "maintenance" time like 12AM. There is a statistics button showing how much you earned and bought/sold and a bunch more stuff. However doesn't seem to be a line where it shows how much you spent, but probably is there and hidden from the menu. Likely have to keep gems below 100 and gold maybe under 5k, which makes the mod very limited use. Extremely low rate of attaining gold (like +5g every monster kill) is also likely another factor so it's supposed to be crazy hard to make any progress in this game if you were to go legit.

Needs a mod deactivator mid-game so you can spend down what you hacked, otherwise ban. The "can buy even if you have 0 money" like harry potter hogwarts mystery mod would be a good workaround probably if it's possible.

Ooor just use game guardian! Search for the cost of the backpack and give it negative number and u will get the gems!
