Help! Modding lib.so direct on android

Is there any way, even if it takes time, to get Offsets directly on android
I tried some online disassemblers but nothing helped me.

it's called C++ and C#. But you can't convert ill2cpp using a smartphone.

What about cheat engine, or game guardian. I know that gg you can dump the memory of game. In essence wouldn't that be better, no encryption, everything laid out so to speak?
