Help! Newbie Here: How to Mod APKs with MT Manager (Without PC)? Sorry

How do we usually mod extracted .apks files using MT Manager?
I’m familiar with the IL2CPP method, but most tutorials are for PC.
Is there a way to do this using MT Manager?
Also how do we handle the splits
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

1.Yes you can mod with android.
2.Its much better to compile .apks and .xapk to apk format and MT manager can do that.
