I modded it's name to NP Legacy and 'hacked in' the English over the Chinese text resources, since that version lacks for the change language option.
However some 'Anti-features' like
* donation button
* login
* lockdown and force update
are also not in there. :)

Note:
So far I missed to test the versions 3.0.59 ... 66 for 'Anti-features' not present.
That is a timespan from
2022-11-13 (Ver ..59 ) to
2023-04-07 (Ver ..66 ) of about 6 month
I got these dates from "ProtectBy: " in the file assets/ProtectByNPManager/APK_VM_*gibber_gibber*__.txt


btw. 3.0.11 2021-04-26 is using that 360 libjiagu.so ( jiagu.360.com ) shit instead of npprotect.
Maybe good to get the sources out of that. It's a dex packer. next version I tested and that uses npprotect is 3.0.32 (2021-09-19)
 
So in short
NP_Manager_3.0.78_MOD_V2.apk
as well as
NP-Manager-v3.0.84-mod.apk
are nearly useless.
Since you can't login the server is down. With no logging nearly all features are locked.
