The server is already down. I donated $152 to the server, and the owner shut the game down after just four days.
At first, he made a lot of promises just to convince me to donate. But when I followed up, he never kept a single one. Whenever I had a problem, the owner ignored my concerns. Eventually, my account wouldn't load, and all he said was, "I can't fix that, just create a new account," and he never responded after that.
I even contacted some of his developers. Turns out, this guy just plays Cabal now and abandoned his Ragnarok server—he clearly doesn't care. A few days later, he deleted his Facebook account and kicked me out of the Discord. Three days after that, he shut down all the Discord channels completely.
This guy is not trustworthy.
I tried reaching out to the cybercrime division in Thailand, but they ignored the issue. Based on what I’ve seen in the news and my experience, it seems like many scammers are operating from there, and even the authorities don’t do much.
This was a traumatic experience.
Don’t expect growth from this server. Instead of using the money I donated to improve the server, the owner just scammed me.
