Help! Reroll

Hey guys, im preety new to mods and stuff like that.

As u guys know some of us girls arent that good with technical stuff xD.
If possible im asking for help in the game Tokyo Ghoul re Invoke.

If anyone cam help me out with rerolling Kaneki Ssr from it that would be so amazing!
My computer is broke, so i cant do it there also i cant root my tablet. :S
I hope someone can help me out.
