I don't think so. I give examples like GTA, Crysis, Farcry etc. Since these are PC games, if they were somehow playable on the Android platform,(with APK extension) yes, then I would say ported. Because these games are PC games.But the way Joiplay works is to open and run files with the extensions rpgmaker, renpy, html (and I think it now supports SWF) on Android.(And yes, these are extensions that open on PC, but they are not APKs)

Yes not an apk file but however, if you try to open a PC game running with Renpy on JoiPlay with the Renpy Plugin, there will be some errors and the game will not work properly. This is what I meant by "ported to Android". The reason for this is that porting directly to the apk is more difficult than making it playable on JoiPlay. This way, they can port the game faster and easier. Of course, you are right in what you say.
