i have tested all these Apps and Windows Versions and become no adware,malware,viruses or something.

My recommendation is but " Wondershare Android Root" because they know a tons of devices

Either I'm doing something wrong or my phone sucks so much it's not rootable every one of those apps failed

Then don't use it :D For me it worked perfect ( not for my Phone but for the Phones which i tested ), i already say the best root in my opinion is wondershare :D

This is a root Apk so its normal that it says that its not clean.
Im used all of these one click roots ( tested by me ) and all works perfect, i can only give a little warning that kingoroot is maybe unsafe for someone

When your Antiviprogram says " Hacktool" or anything like that:
That is complete NORMAL!
Use google, you can find many Reviews to iroot etc that these Tools are safe. ( from xda developers )
A root Program try to edit your Phone Code and Settings, so its normal that an Antivirprogram says it's a virus.
Is the same when you use KMSpico for windows to get a Windows License, it says too " Hacktool" because it is a Hacktool.
When you are not sure if you would use it, then let it!

My issue is that I don't have access to a computer
I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown (Android Version 8.0.0, Experience Version 9.0 (I honestly don't know what that is), Model Number SM-S767VL)
If you know of or find any way for me to root this phone without a PC let me know. To be honest I'll be willing to pay whoever figures it out if it works.

P.S. Ive tried both of the programs you listed and I honestly have no clue which of the APKs are for rooting devices
