You can get a ban at any time with any mod in any game. Thats how it is. No mod will ever be 100% safe, thats impossible.
As long as its not an instant ban, meaning you join the game without ever having played it and you get straight up banned without using anything, there is nothing we can do about it. If it would be an instant ban, the mod would be removed, but it isn't.
