Hi, I am getting a Steam black screen issue on my PC. I am unable to connect with my friends. Can anyone please help?

After not getting any response, I started googling and found this article. I followed some important methods from there. First I updated the graphics driver and then disabled the firewall. After doing these tasks properly, the problem was solved.
