Hey man,
So, what is common sense is that the game only auto checks data that are stored in the server, like MS, prestige amount and artifacts. Most data are locally stored and GH would only access it by manually checking one's account or the data saved on cloud. But since the quantity of players who use modded apks are so small, it doesn't worth the effort to keep checking everyone's account, so they only check your data when someone reports you. The auto ban only checks the efficiency between 'your potencial on your last prestige times your MS now'.
That said, instant MS is ok to use because only people who could spot your growth and suspect of it are the problem. Like, let's say you are in a guild full of experienced players and you compete with them about... anything. If you suddenly starts growing beyond what everyone else would normally would, someone may pay attention to that and report you just o make sure. What I mean by that is being constantly growing, like 3 times a week progressing too much.
In my main account, I pushed 6k stages since the last tournament, but thats because I'm around 40k and don't usually talk on my guild, otherwise I would push 2k a week tops.
So yeah, if you want to, you can go ahead and push for the MS cap.
@SixonQQ did the same thing. I would only recommend that you don't rush too much because you can actually benefit from being on low MS on tournaments, as some times they have less people joining.
