Looks like a ban wave hit, not sure if it's from the client with an update that detected it, if it's from pvp reports, the tree tower levels, or from Main Story, Normal or Hard missions vs account levels. Pretty sure it would be easy to write a script to ban every account under a certain level that has cleared content that it's not supposed to be able to at its current level.

I did some experiment, it is from the event boss, I think reaching more than 600k points or something
