Have been playing this for a while, and its a great mod. Unfortunately, after update, it appears the characters tab is not functioning. A work around I found in case you can't level up, would be tap holding the character you wish to upgrade before starting a quest, and use the material. If you try to switch to the next character, game will freeze.
