Sorry, for double post, can't edit my post for some reason: all the requested mods are not possible. instead, it should be range, damage, movement speed and no damage. Currency and success rate mods are ALL 100% server side. Stat values are not.
 
Considering Action RO2 : Spear of Odin is closed today (8 minutes ago, 10:00 AM, 7th May 2021)
I do hope this Mod come into fruition.
