try apkeditor.
1. select apk file
2. pick full edit.
3. select manifest
4. find "sdk version"
eg: min sdk = 19 | target sdk = 25 change to min sdk = 14 | target sdk = 22 and save it.
5. select build
6. will come show rebuild the apk then click OK
7. please wait after their done re-build
8. install from apkeditor
Note :
Some time game apk cant prediction for work 100%
you need some experiment, like a uninstall original game (if have data backup first/rename folder) and install apk from apkeditor.
since it not work 100%, you must give up and try other game. or you must self solve if not want quit in your currently games.
