like I have mentioned you have to disable the mod manually

Oh I see. So disable the mod when you are about to accept anything, and enable when you are going to spend something.

The only thing that gets stuck is the chests, I use an auto clicker to open roughly 300 chests after restart

Instructions for this mod put simply:

*** If you are building or buying: turn on the mod
*** If you are accepting anything or opening anything or marking a mission/challenge/other as complete to be awarded anything, turn the mod off.

This way you don't go into getting the endless chest issue.

*** If you accidentally do get into the endless chest loop, turn off the mod (doesn't matter if you restart, it will come back as soon as you tap to accept anything) and then complete the chest run. It is about 150 chests to open, give or take some. I use an auto clicker to get out of it without wearing out my thumbs.
