unsigned, apk can only be installed on, rooted and patched devices (with lucky patcher).
and signed apk does not work anymore on mobiles. it works on nox emulator.

never mind, I found a solution and install it.
for those who have a same problem: uninstall everything, go to lucky patcher and go to install and rebuild tab. choose your mode then select resign with test signature then install the apk.
