Power of 1.3m will never reach elite master 3. At most you can only get master rank. Most elite 3 ranks must have at least 1.7-2m power or if not risk being banned. Do not use in arenas, guilds, and cookie alliances.

Ive used this mod for more than a month with only 1 banned acc and here are some tips you can use to avoid getting banned
1. Mod can be freely used for game modes that doesnt have a leaderboard
2. In arena the best setting you can use without being banned are 1.5 on atk and 3 on def, for 15v15 (forget gamemode name) you can add 1.5 on atk speed
3. for alliance and clan battles just make sure everything stays under 3 and turn off dumb enemy and inf skill
4. When using mod just make sure that the battle result seems "legit" enough to not raise any suspicions, also do lots of story and pve modes before moving to pvp or modes the involves a leaderboard.
