If you are having issues with Excluding Apps list not showing up on 6.39.6, do this:

1.Uninstall current app
2. Install version 6.38.5
3.Go to Excluded Apps list and chose which Apps you want to exclude.
4.Save.
5.Reinstall 6.38.6 (DO NOT UNINSTALL APP, REDOWNLOAD 6.38.6 IF YOU DELETED THE FILE. ONCE DOWNLOADED, INSTALL AND PRESS "UPDATE". IT WILL UPDATE AND THE APPS YOU EXCLUDED WILL BE ON THERE)

*If you want to exclude more Apps, repeat steps 1-5
