How to change the odds in the ads lottery
Root a cheap phone.
Every single game that you get from an ad will always retain that version, even when you replace it with a Mod. You save the data using Neo Backup. Uninstall the regular game, install the mod, use Neo backup to restore the data of that version that you got from the ad. No more hoping that ad will show up.
Get a cheap Chinese phone with Global firmware and NEVER update it. With every update, google is adding more security measures to disable the good version of the game. Google policy only allows for the boring kiddie version. North American firmware will adhere to the strictest policies. Samsung is probably the worse. My next Samsung will have the Global firmware.
The Global firmware will allow you to sometimes get the good version, without an ad, just by clicking on a Platinmod link, right here, at the first page of the Mod post. Sometimes a Platinmod link can be better than an appbrain link.
Why do some mods not work on some phones?
Snapdragon 8 gen 3 and above have dynamic memory allocation. Everytime you load up the game, the memory location changes. A lot of Anti-Mod barriers are enacted for security.
Snapdragon 8 gen 2, and below still have 32 bit support, and will work with most modded games.
If you have a snapdragon 8 gen 5, and the Mod does not work, you can install a Virtual Android O/S and run the game in there. Inside the virtual O/S, the environment is rooted. If your phone is also rooted, you can transfer the data files over to retain that version. I'm going to try VMOS pro.
In some games, like Babe Tile Master, you can get the good version simply by clicking on the link here on page 1. But if you use the download, cancel, install mod method, it won't transform. You still end up with the regular version (which still transforms around level 12, so you lose a lot of stuff at the beginning).
But, if your phone is rooted. You can download from the link on page 1 to get the fun version, then use Neo Backup to save all the DATA from the rooted directories. Uninstall, install the Mod, use Neo backup to restore the data from the good version onto your Mod. Now you have the good version of the mod.
Rooting the phone makes it less safe because all the security measures are removed. So get a cheap chinese phone with Global firmware and use it only for games. No banking.
