Tested on Bluestacks Android 11 teacups decrease on character upgrade. Is it for something else than the coffee cups with stars on them? Does not appear to work on tables/characters either for level upgrades (money gen).

Table upgrades work in Cafe with option on on Android 13 OP8T. Odd

Mod works on Android 11 BS as well. Close and reload game until the option works as sometimes it just doesn't load right. One other thing to note for best results in game. Turn the mod option on prior to starting a new company. It will work fine if a company is already started and allow free upgrades however you will have to wait until it hits the level before you can sell company like normal. If you for example sell company then collect rewards. You can close the game reload it turn mod option to on then start a new company you can perpetually level any station to thousands of levels and sell the company for massive cash. You might not need to close the game on some versions of android or emulators however that is what worked consistently for bluestacks android 11. Lastly be careful or mindful if you level stations over 4000 the game will lag or want to crash.
