I was spamming summon black friday for 30 minutes before quitting the game and few hours later I opened it again and got that impeding demon connection error but I was still able to login after a few retry lol so I think it's not safe. Still those new cards from black friday summon are really tempting.
I'm only leveling up my cards 3 - 10 times per day (not per card, only a maximum of 3 - 10 times level up per day) and I still haven't got banned while using that guide from page 442.
Goddesses summon is not safe guys, its a delay ban.
Dont play any event, dont chat, dont join a guild, dont make friend, dont open league chest, upgrade card <10 times a day, dont buy new Warlord (delay ban).
Go in shop, turn on unlimited money and summon as much as you want. Dont use any other feature (even 3x reward)

Use an emulator like BlueStacks or LDPlayer on pc so even if you got ban again you can just change your device ID to play again.
Also I've been playing for more than a week and still haven't been banned, I used goddess summon many times, joined a guild and even have 19 friends currently. I'll just wait for another week to see if I'll get ban.
