I try to install on my Tablet Nvidia (Android 5) , Samsung Note 3 (Android 4) and Samsung S7 (Android 7) and I got the same error.
I try to download again the Apk file 4 times and got the same error.

unsigned apk requires a rooted device and should be patched with the lucky patcher. after that, you can install unsigned apk.
you can find the tutorial at the bottom of the mod page, " How to install unsigned apk "
the mod is fine. and I recommend you to root and patch your android note 3 and tablet. and then patch with lucky patcher by following the guide
