Debt system, apparently they did a 'mistake' on giving a bonus for reaching 4-5 bonds for each of every unit, which it should be 100 and 250, not 500 and 1000. So because of that, everyone who got the crystal beforehand, landed into Debt System for each crystals they got. That's why your claimed crystal disappear.

The bad thing is, in this case, if you manage to max bond all your achieved units before this Debt System implemented, you can't do gacha until next years.

holly shit, i just saw the reddit post about it, i only made about 6000 gems, i can't imagine people who maxed most of their units, also something about it doesn't feel right, the whole mistake thing is not convincing

Yeah, there's a lot of spicy things about this global update tbh. Especially with the gacha cost 10x higher than DMM.

As long as not Raid/anything multiplayer. Just don't crank the multiplier higher. Around 10 already good.
If you want to play raid mode for equipment or any mats (two next events will be raid event fyi), deactivate anything, play pure.
