One problem that i found after read report on discord is if you using cheat and doing arena to fast doing rank up or with low level account in top 10 rank arena you will be suspected to be cheating. So if you use cheat/mod just do arena slowly like doing it once a day and choose opponent that have power below you

I think it was from using the mod in pvp and tournament mode. For the rest of the modalities I was using it and nothing happened. When I enable tournament mode and use the mod to promote. Anyway I made another account and screw it

Did you choose enemy with power below you or above you? Or did you rank up too fast but your account still low level?

If you dont want to be banned don't try to finish all stage of portal event too fast just slowly upgrade your power to be safe cause at the end of event dev will check all user if they doing it legally or using cheat
