Bluestack. You can edit resources via cheat engine, you just need to search for "hd-player" applications and then search for resource values there...
If you put in some effort, you can even find girl cards so as not to overdo it with lootboxes... you look for one number, then the second... well, and then take all the found values and set them to 3-6k cards...
