The new girls probably unlock at higher levels, just like in version 1.5.2. The problem is that even with boosters, it's impossible to get past level 60 without unlocking all the paid content. That's why I stopped playing until a more updated debug version is uploaded.

I have actually seen the same girls in numerous games. Same chapters and all. The christmas event girls were also in the christmas event for block bar. There was just no nudity in that one. My guess is whoever made the models sold them to numerous people and they just use them for their respective game or games.
