Not sure, but you might have been banned. Did you use the high damage mod in the GEX map? It's just possible cause that's the same message that I got when I was banned.

It said "the game is not available for your account". Did you use the high damage mod in the Guild EX ? if so then RIP you just got banned.
I don't know, maybe I forgot to turn off, so sad...

Yeah, if that happened then the account is RIP. Did you purchase anything in that account? You can start again by deleting ur dmmm account then recreating if thats ur only jp game. This is if your willing to start again.

GEX means guild quest ex, it was the recent guild event before the maintenance. If you attacked in this event while the high damage mod is switched on you'll be banned.
