2 questions:
If to level up my shelter i need to recruit a champion but, I have all the champions baring Eve, who seems to be bugged, how exactly do I progress? (Im only lvl 8 shelter but have all the champions and have beaten all of chapter 3 events)
Is Eve bugged? When I go to unlock her nothing drops a key so you cant complete it. (As top floor is locked). Or is this a mission i need to do on bypass?

Do you have workers? not champs but workers you can click on them and envict the girl.
With mod you will get more space in shelter so you can recruit more.

It resolved itself with the new patch. However seems theyve changed how upgrades and tons of stuff work so seems the materials must now be server side as theyre not adding now.

Now mats dont add if you have full storage, only mats from case you buy will add.
Could repair it though
