Thx for tour help. So if I understand it right when my days of vip are done I will be able to play again ?

from what I know you can press back button on phone to ignore the message, and after that you could play. But if you do campaign mission the issues will be appeared again and you force to restart the game for now

Alternatively on web version (nutaku), reload the site a few times and then wait for invasion and then you can play. Campaign bug still applies.
