S26 ultra has the snapdragon 8 elite gen 5, but it also crashes like the S23 ultra. Which phone does it work with? Anyone with a Xiaomi, or Redmi that has it working?

Google Pixel 10 pro xL has a G5 processor, but it has the same exact problem as the S26 ultra. Both operate in Canada.

It may not be the processor, but the version of Android. Maybe a global Chinese phone will have the same problem as the S26 or pixel xL. But a Chinese phone that works in Asia will work better.

What version of software is on the Xiaomi Redmi?
What version s/w is on the Snapdragon 8 g5?
