Raid have a log for everyone's total attack. So if you got bigger amount than unusual, people will got suspicious. If you really need it, just stick to DEF mod. Atleast you got total 30 turn before you can join your last raid.

Also FYI, probably I got banned because of rushing the event archive back on October (they unlocking all the archives for that month, and I need some new chars from there)

Is there a big risk if I only use the defense mod in Archived Raids or Daily and Main Quests?

They probably focusing on number of damage so DEF is fine. Also I think non-raid mode is fine to use the ATK mod.
I haven't using this mod again since I didn't want to create another account and also waiting for ENG version in Johren
