If I were the server owner myself, I would do my best to improve it. All I can do is report the errors you receive to the other party.

Greetings to the developers, I've been playing for a week and apart from a few bugs I really like the game, I've been playing the official server for over five years, wouldn't it be possible to add some minor boost to the game? Exp, Drop, Damage? otherwise it's great for me, just keep going, I send greetings from the Czech Republic
 
Update:
Been playing for over two weeks now.
Lag spikes are frequent but nothing out of this world, the game is playable (havent tried using VPN to play so that might be a solution, but again since it's not constant lag i didnt bother)

Bugs here and there (as expected on a private server). You get locked out of some content or rewards but yeah, otherwise great.

Servers are in following order (as seen on app screen):
S1 S2
S3 S4
S5 S6
and so on.

Topping up is possible but a little tricky. For those of you who want to top up here's a little guide:
1. Set up an Alipay account (it's safe, no scams, seems to me like it's the chinese version of paypal lol)
2. Once you got your Alipay account and linked a card to it, connect through VPN to an asian server (I use Singapore).
3. Login to your userpanel through a browser other than Chrome ( for some reason Chrome didnt work for me)
4. Top up through userpanel (redirect page will launch the Alipay app automatically)
5. Enjoy.

As a side note, I'm guessing one of the reasons why owner thinks foreign players don't invest in games is due to the tedious top up process, adding Paypal as an option would prove otherwise. Keep in mind this is (i think) the only known AFK Arena private server, a game with a huge player base.
