I appreciate your response. Thank you so much! Several attempts in accordance with the owner's advice were unsuccessful. I attempted switching to both simplified and traditional Chinese, but it was unsuccessful. Additionally, I attempted to use a different account on server: Cleo, but it was still unsuccessful.
