The problem is solved like this: turn off Wi-Fi, go into the game, then turn it on, and voila, the download will start.

It doesn't fix it because a close app button now pops up and cant get past it.

Ah, everything works for me. Before you log in, turn off the internet, and as soon as the percentage appears, turn it on, and everything will work.

I am having issues now with attempting to buy anything. I have the in app clicked but nothing happens when I click it. Nothing pops up confirming or advising it didnt go thru. It's like the buy button for anything has been completely disabled

This is also easy to fix: turn off the network, go into the game, immediately activate the mod, and turn on the Internet, and everything will work.
