I don't know if it helps but you can use APK Editor Pro in Playstore.
Search the APK file in the app then select common edit.
Edit the minimum SDK version to 15 and target SDK version to 29. Save then install. It worked for my Redmi Note 9s Android 12(・∀・) hope it helps!
