Restrictions on Android 12 and above:
Reasons why the X8 Sandbox/F1 VM machine cannot be used:

The main reason is that the Android 12 system restricts background processes, resulting in the X8 Sandbox/F1 VM not being able to start, running stuck and other problems.
Therefore, it is necessary to remove this restriction through the X8/F1 Launcher.

How to disable restrictions:
1. Connect your phone to WiFi.
2. Open the X8/F1 Launcher, and according to the prompts, activate each permission switch and watch the video operation.
3. Go to phone settings->Developer options->Wireless debugging->Use pairing code to pair the device.
4. Slide down the notification bar to see the input box of the notification bar of the X8/F1 Launcher.
5. Enter the pairing code just displayed to complete the pairing.

After successfully repairing once, theoretically it does not need to be repaired again.
If the subsequent X8 Sandbox/F1 VM machine is still stuck or running in the background is unstable, you can try to activate it again.

I faced an issue while trying to create a rooted VMOS Pro ROM described in an earlier thread, it seemed that you can't seem to directly zip files from root directory{and any of it's other paths} to internal storage{or anywhere else} of the VM using ZArchiver(and using a file manager like Xplore or Solid File Explorer also shows error inbetween of zipping, not to mention it's deathly slow). Trying to zip shows a 'files' not exist error and something. Tried this on all ROOTED X8, VMOS Pro and VMOS, both 7.1 and 5.1 versions of all of them. Don't know why and it really troubled me while trying to make a ROOTED VMOS Pro ROM described in the other thread. On the other hand, zipping anything in internal storage(of VM) works all fine. Since this is the same case in X8, is other an issue with using virtual machine? Any idea on what might be the case?

sorry, auto correct working wrong, wanted to say if "it's an issue with using virtual machine" and not "other an issue". lol, noticed too late

Depends how the app is written. Seems like you have many weird problems I don't have so i can't give you answers. I suggest to try on your PC until you find best zipping program that doesn't break the ROM

There is no need custom rom for X8 since root is free. why waste time on that?

Intente instalar el sf girl 1.3.6 con root en el VMOS pero al importarlo no me deja instalarlo me sale error de paquete de analisis

You have to install Lucky Patcher in order to install the unsigned apk. Enabling root doesnt mean you can install an unsigned apk without advanced tools

Hi, I'm new at using VMs and I've got an issue on boot up, it says

"Sandbox initialization failed (7)"

Anyone experienced it before?
Or even better knows how to fix it?
Thanks before.
