What do you expect? Just use 64-bit version of ld player or other emulator

Well I tried everything and can't make it work. After install the game and put obb, the game downloads additional 900mb and there is no mod menu.

try another link same mod game. sometimes the mod apk and obb not compatible. i already face that issue 2 times. no mod menu

Try download APK again, I have updated it. Make sure you put OBB properly, don't use APKCombo Installer as it will install original APK file

Make sure to enable overlay permission for this game in device settings.
Use other proper compatible device if nothing helps. The game still clearly working and playable for me on the latest data version
