You can open (devconsole) in this game, but I suggest you use the 01.70.10.00 (01.70.16.00) patched it, you gotta hook libtool through jshook to hook the libtool in the game to pop the juicy can open.

Ahh I think I solved this problem. I downloaded the game from Google Play once, installed it and updated it. Then I deleted the game and installed the modded version and now I can reach the "checkin resources" screen. Try this
