you need to download .rar/7zip or other archives and extract it into folder (not "Download" u can user Documents and simally with permission to storage). in extracted folder u need to check file act.cfg for this "Release" version of the game and after change path to your route with mod folders

I changed paths to documents and moved the mod that I downloaded which works for the release version of the game since it has act.cfg yet it still doesn't work
