If there were people who were banned, they would have posted here. My advice to you is to use the v2 I don't know if there is a ban risk or not, but at least v2 is less risky read the mod developer's comments on v1 and v2

Oh after level 8 you really feel that everything stops and progresses slowly in the game. The chests become 30 and the accumulation of cards becomes more difficult. Feels like I'll never see level 9
