alright, i think i figured it out. To have the mod working you should reach a certain power level. At the start even if i maxed out the mod it doesnt make any difference. However when i got to 1500 bp and equipped level 30 weapons, max attack and def is now working, even if the stage require 5k bp i can still slice through enemies like butter, and they dont damage me. Just be careful with how you use the mod.
