i am sure the problem same like someone in discord , your phone not support
so u need use like cloud or emulator like phonegaga? vmos or something?

Edited : Try for Allow all the permissions to Download in game data or game will not work
OPen apk info > find the permission > allow at all make sure everything is grant not deny
