They don't u gotta put them in slot 2 or 3 it sucks im hoping he will fix it cus the damage multiplier is also dealt to you in phantom castle and you get 1 shot also unlimited jutsu don't work

How do I put a character in the 3rd slot? Is there a way to do it? Isn't that slot only for friends?
