This can be changed by enabling 'More > Settings > Now Playing > Prev always play previous item'
on app startup, if the 'Now Playing' tab current track is from TIDAL/Qobuz, heart icon (favorite) is not shown until a track from TIDAL/Qobuz is played or the TIDAL/Qobuz folder is browsed in the Library tab. That's for avoiding obscure favoriting bugs on renderer change. This does not apply to OpenHome renderers with own Qobuz support such as LUMIN, upmpdcli and BubbleUPnP Server
